Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 11, 2026
We respect your privacy — and we protect it with intention. We do not sell your personal data. Ever. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over it.

1. Who We Are

This website and related platforms are operated by THE JJP GROUP LLC under the brands Raised By Redemption™ and Jimmy D. Reset™ (“we,” “us”).

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our websites, membership areas, forms, audio submission tools (e.g., Redemption Line™), and embedded media players.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact Data: name, email, and any details you provide.
  • Purchase Data: billing info processed by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Content You Submit: audio recordings, text, or files you choose to provide (e.g., for Redemption Line™).
  • Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and similar analytics signals collected via cookies or similar technologies.
  • Support Interactions: messages you send to us (email or form).

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third‑party processors such as Stripe. We do not store or retain sensitive payment details (e.g., full credit card numbers) on our servers. Your use of such processors is subject to their privacy policies and terms.

5. How We Use Information

  • Deliver digital access and content you’ve purchased or requested;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Send transactional or service‑related notices;
  • Improve site performance, security, and functionality;
  • Review, edit, and produce submitted content in accordance with our Terms;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

We do not sell personal data.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users). Where applicable, we process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver purchased products and services); legitimate interests (to improve services, prevent fraud, and ensure security); consent (for marketing communications or optional data collection); and legal obligations (where required by law).

Marketing Communications. We send marketing communications only where permitted by law or with your consent. You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us directly.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform, measure traffic, and understand usage. You can disable non‑essential cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers. We do not engage in third‑party behavioral advertising or sell personal data for targeted advertising purposes.

7. Third‑Party Providers & Embedded Services

Certain features are powered by third parties who may collect limited data subject to their own privacy policies. Examples include:

  • Payments: Stripe (payment processing)
  • QR Codes: QR code providers (e.g., QRServer) for generating scannable links
  • Media Hosting/Delivery: Content delivery networks (CDNs) and embedded players for audio files
  • Analytics & Performance: tools that help us monitor usage and improve stability

By interacting with embedded third‑party tools, you acknowledge that limited data may be collected outside of our direct control and governed by those providers’ own policies.

8. Audio & Written Submissions

If you submit audio, written, or digital content, you understand it may be edited, transcribed, anonymized, or published as described in our Terms & Conditions. Submissions may be edited for clarity, length, or tone. Avoid including sensitive personal information you do not wish to disclose — including full names of others, financial details, or confidential information.

By submitting content, you acknowledge that such content may be processed, reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed in accordance with our Terms. Where possible, we may anonymize submissions, but we cannot guarantee anonymity unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Audio recordings may, in some jurisdictions, be considered biometric data. By submitting audio content, you consent to our processing, storage, editing, and use of such recordings as outlined in our Terms.

We do not use submitted content to train commercial AI models or sell voice data to third parties.

9. Data Sharing

We may share limited personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), under obligations of confidentiality and data protection. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition).

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). This includes no sale for monetary consideration and no sharing for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the data and legal requirements.

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access/Correction/Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
  • Communications: You may opt out of non‑essential communications; transactional messages may still be sent.
  • California/State Privacy: If you are a resident of a U.S. state with consumer privacy rights (e.g., California), you may have additional rights to know, access, delete, or correct certain data.
  • EEA/UK: If applicable, you may have rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, subject to legal bases and limitations.

To exercise rights, contact admin@raisedbyredemption.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, typically 30–45 days. We reserve the right to deny requests where permitted by law, including where data must be retained for legal or operational purposes.

Automated Decision‑Making. We do not use personal data for automated decision‑making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

13. Children’s Privacy

This Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

14. International Transfers

If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data protection laws than your country of residence.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15A. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and mitigate the incident and notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Notification will be provided through reasonable means, which may include email or a notice on the Platform.
